Welcome to the Surrey Festival of Skills exhibitor registration. We are delighted that you are considering joining us for this prestigious event. We have received an overwhelming response from businesses and training providers expressing interest in exhibiting at the 2024 festival. Due to the high number of registrations, we are currently at capacity for exhibitors. As a result, we are now only accepting new registrations to our waiting list. We understand that this may not be the news you were hoping for but exhibitor places are continually reviewed and should a space become available, we will be in touch with you.

Please designate the industry or sector to which your business aligns. This selection is crucial in ensuring the precise placement of your promotional materials within the relevant industry or sector.

Surrey County Council is pleased to extend an invitation to Surrey businesses to participate in this event by providing complimentary exhibition stands.The standard dimensions for an exhibitor stand are 2m x 1m. Should you require a larger stand, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@surreyfestivalofskills.co.uk, and we will be happy to assist you accordingly.

As a convenience, complimentary Wi-Fi access will be provided at Surrey Sports Park. Login credentials will be included in your event welcome pack, which you will receive on the setup day.

Event Timings:

• Monday 14th October: Event setup from 13:00 to 18:00.
• Tuesday 15th October:
  • Doors open at 07:00 for final set-up (set-up must be completed by 08:00).
  • Doors open to students at 09:00.
  • Students will enter the exhibitor hall from 09:30.
  • The exhibition will run until 15:45.
• Event pack-down will commence at 17:00.

By completing this form, you are expressing your interest in exhibiting at the Surrey Festival of Skills. Please note that this exhibition opportunity is provided free of charge to exhibitors*. Your registration of interest will be reviewed by Surrey County Council, and if approved, you will receive a formal invitation to participate.

We allocate exhibition spaces on a first-come, first-served basis, with a consideration to maintain a diverse representation of industries and sectors for students to explore. After you have submitted your form, our event organisers, Surrey Event Professionals, will contact you to assist with your exhibitor booking process.

*Exhibition Stands are free of charge however if you require power this will be a chargeable item.
